Fleet Mastery Notifications Bug

Can we get these notifications for fleet mastery events removed already? CG removed the events once you had the cap ships at 7* but you still get notified about them and the bug has been confirmed in game for over six months.. It's annoying as heck to go to events because of the red notification and find nothing. Every. Single. Day. 
Alternatively, give us back the fleet events and let us earn the shard currency. Whichever is easier to code.
