It's not really precraft 2.0 just the reduced drop rate makes it harder to get. With precraft there was no way to get those pieces with crystals until they put them in shipments. With mods you can still spend to get them although you have to spend more than what you would have. It's the only way that people who spent to get them in the first place get to keep the advantage they payed for even though mods are pretty much useless now.
