The inly comment I can make is yes it should be 100% drop rate. We already have RNG primary, RNG type (shape), then you add in RNG drop rate now it's impossible to get the ones you need....not even the ones you would like.
I have 20+ squares and 3 triangles.....I need those to complete sets. I can use 2 star fillers but at least a 100% drop rate doesn't hide them inside a countless RNG.
