I'll try and be balanced. Prof and therefore Exec got a bit of an extended run due to Leviathan having a bumpy release.
Leviathan is now clearly the top dog and that isn't going to change until its counterpart is out.
I think when Exec came out, it was very rough on those that didn't have it, so the current dominance of 1 fleet isn't without precedent.
