They took the coin flip of the executor and said, "we can make this even more absurd. Straight to ludicrous speed!"

It's dumb, plain dumb. If you get to takeover first, you win. If the AI gets to takeover first, you lose.

If only you had a way to test out ships and units in the game BEFORE you released them to players...
