when I go to edit the fleet, it auto forces the strongest ship into to the first reinforcement position, even though it is occupied and I can't remove it from the lineup as it doesn't go into the...

Don't worry, they'll probably fix that by 2030.

Bugs and quality aren't high priorities. So what if it's broken! Just shut up and spend money!

Everything they've released in at least the last year has been broken in some way, maybe even two years. QA isn't something they seem to be worried about anymore. It's only quantity, not quality.

Maybe some day...
