Lightspeed bundles
Do I get shards for shard store if I buy a 2nd different lightspeed bundle that has 50%of the characters I have already (I'm talking about the ones with relic level 5 )

No it just fills in the gaps you are missing, any you already have at the same level or higher than LSB gain nothing further.
So that’s actually a very sneaky purchase then buy both the Rey bundles and you actually won’t get the full purchase worth…..now why you would want to buy both is another story
