Lightspeed Bundles

Why are only some of the current lightspeed bundles available for purchase in the webstore? I am seeing that the chewie and nightsisters bundles are available both in game and in the mobile store while the starkiller, padme, and resistance bundles are only available in game. Is this a glitch or is there a reason behind this?
