Lord of the sith vs starkiller pack

Less than a day after I bought the £49.99 lord of the sith pack (starkiller prerequisite toons) you release a cheaper pack, along with much better relic?

I've requested a refund on my initial pack in recognition of buying the newer cheaper, better pack, I've requested the additional materials without the refund, I've asked for any resolution at all, feeling quite scammed.

Been told to post in forums with the hope of upvotes so they "may look into" the situation.. worth a shot right?
