This may be the most unfair GC they've ever unleashed. Lord Vader with extra heal & pro AND allies extra damage AND allies assisting AND an extra summons due to enemy modifier. AND not one but two tanks who can give foresight due to global modifier. Plus, most players will miss out on full Gungan team feat w/o Jar Jar. There is also some bugginess when Lord Vader attacks, as he sort of goes past the player he is hitting. Lastly, Malak's Drain mechanic does no damage whatsoever (unless that is typical on Lord Vader team?) Any suggestions as to how to even beat tier vii? Of course my GL Kenobi is not strong enough and my Darth Bane doesn't help because he gets no benefits from his omicrons.

Devs, you guys need to tone down the Gungan GC’s. Its fine if you don’t want the players to get red crate without Jar Jar, but it’s not ok to gate omicrons now with poorly tested feat and enemy kit interactions.

I got the 8th crate with all the feats (no gungans) in the last tier with Leia Drogan R2 Raddus and Jyn, pretty easy, but yeah, I tried first with JMK and lost completely haha, pretty stupid GC

Quick update: Despite having close to 10mil GP, I could barely clear tier viii and ended up with a whopping 94 keycards. That seems to be shamefully stacked against the player this time around.

Seems to fit quite well with the current Raid. They played it with their full R9 maxed out 16 mil GP account, so it works fine. They probably did the same thing with their R9 maxed out gungan team. Put it on auto and it worked fine, so "release it!"Even with my R8 gungans I still had to manual it a couple times to get through it. Once it was 5 gungans vs LV at 60 stacks and I couldn't do anything to him. Every time he took a turn, all debuffs were gone, then he healed back up to full health. Finally got it, but it's ridiculously overtuned. (But CG only knows overtuned or undertuned.)

I beat t10 on the 1st try with that Leia squad, got 3 feats and will settle for the t8 box

Can you remember the where Galactic Challenges were a minor step up from normal challenges? These days it seems as if cg insist on every one investing heavily in gungan teams, infact heavily investing overall….us the actual players are getting fed up with these impossible galactic challenges, fix that bs

I don't know how it works on these new forums - but on the old forums, saying things like this is against the TOS. I suspect the same is true here.

That having been said, anyone that was going to invest in Gungans already has - it's too late for that. The only people that are working on Gungans at this point are the folks that went for the F2P unlock.

If these challenges locked people out of omicron mats, we might have some common ground here - but if you're locked out because you don't have the roster depth to manage it (there are several teams that were able to complete this challenge for the T8 box), that's kind of just how the game works. Some things will be out of reach until you have the right teams built up.
