Lost Account after Reinstall – Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes

Hello,

I lost access to my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account after reinstalling the game.

I was previously playing using my Google account, but after reinstalling and logging in again, the game created a new account instead of loading my original one,

Here are the details of my lost account:

• Player Name: Rubinho

• Level: 85

• Platform: Android 

• Linked Account:  Google /  EA 

• Date you started playing: 2021

• Date you lost access: 333 data

I can still find my old account when searching the ally code in-game, so it seems the account still exists.

Please help me recover access or relink it to my EA/Google account.
