How to solve the problem of excessive time spent in the game?

Good morning! After reading the post, and even though I don't like the Relic Delta, I'm somewhat optimistic about the announced changes.

But there is something that CG mentioned that is not being fixed, but rather getting worse: the excessive time we spend inside the game.

How can we solve this problem and dedicate ourselves fully to new content? Some suggestions:

  1. Raid: Simulate score, keeping the score from the previous Assault. If you want to increase your score, then play again.
  2. TB: Simulate battles (even just the normal ones, not the special ones). That's a ton of time we'd save over the course of a whole week.
  3. TW: One per week, with a double prize. 2 days to register, 2 days for defense, and 2 days to attack. Free Sunday.
  4. Era Events: Simulate battles already won, such as the daily Marquee battles to obtain additional fragments.

One of the main reasons players quit the game is the time commitment. With these suggestions, and others the community will surely come up with, the game and our desire to play it would be greatly improved. Hopefully, they will consider these simple changes for the benefit of both the game and the players in the future.

  • Totally agree.

    And increase the mod inventory cap, for the love of God! Every time I have to do the raid, I have to spend a ridiculous amount of time assigning loadouts because I never have enough room in the inventory.

  • Being able to simulate raids is something that's been requested for a long time, hopefully they'll listen, Bisonte for president!

  • Raid especially and the week of TB when it starts at the same time as Conquest I really hope will become Simmed.

    One idea I had to make that possible, would be a loadout system.   

    When you finish a raid/TB battle attempt you can save that attempt with that team as a 'loadout'.  So, next time you just upload that attempt again and it uses the team up.

    Era events, sure.  I don't think that would be too much to put it on sim.  However, if they're temporary, maybe it's too much effort.

    As for TW, no.  Match Making in TW is so bad, if you halved the amount of matches, you'll see a lot less balance.

  • I do agree that it would be a huge help if CG addressed this. 

    In TB, for instance, I think there are some missions where you would struggle to achieve anything other than 2/2 waves no matter what you did during the missions, with Jabba being a good example. I don't think I've ever played a Jabba mission on the first 4 planets manually. It wins every single time on auto, so some form of just handing us the 2/2 when our team meets certain criteria would be a big help.
