You can request a refund I think, if you spent money on him while you had him "temporarily upgraded".

So you guys decided to retrieve malak shards ... I WAITED and waited ... Nothing ... So since he was priority on my farms and i had saved up a ton of in store currency to purchase ... Lost it all ... Not to mention I had purchased a few 25$ gift cards to help in my relic ,gear, toon, etc farms.. And completely changed the scope of my strategy.... Time and money as well ....   I've spent probably well over a grand on this game "was " going to continue to do so... Im in a heavy guild and i play every single day.... It effects my marriage at times ... And takes much ... It's also my BIRTHDAY TODAY  So thanks! You guys take everything back not considering the time put in and the change in planning ... So the crap that I received in place of didn't even come close .... It caused me pain...  ! And set me back and cost me money and time on my bday even... How come I'm being punished for your mistake on starfarge!you should be msking this more right ! The longer you waited the deeper the consumer got ... I'm the one who dumps money AND TIME IN EVERY SINGLE DAY...  I'm just blown away.... Happy Birthday from swgoh after two looooooong loyal years!

Update complete and still no change in lost gear or shards, EA help refers me to the Studio, who you can’t contact directly, worst customer service ever.

It affects your marriage..? Maybe it's time to stop spending on this game of its affecting your personal life, it is just a game... I've spent some about 500 or more on this game, that was years ago, I've spent 20 bucks here and there the past 6 months since I've been back playing but I've stopped paying money. I'm pretty much completely FTP, and I've also missed the past 3 years since I was in prison, these last 6 months I've just grinded hard and have a Palps team with only Sith and I stay in 100 or Arena.. I'm on an old shard since I started playing this game only a few months after it first came out.
