Lost money

So you guys decided to retrieve malak shards ... I WAITED and waited ... Nothing ... So since he was priority on my farms and i had saved up a ton of in store currency to purchase ... Lost it all ... Not to mention I had purchased a few 25$ gift cards to help in my relic ,gear, toon, etc farms.. And completely changed the scope of my strategy.... Time and money as well ....   I've spent probably well over a grand on this game "was " going to continue to do so... Im in a heavy guild and i play every single day.... It effects my marriage at times ... And takes much ... It's also my BIRTHDAY TODAY  So thanks! You guys take everything back not considering the time put in and the change in planning ... So the crap that I received in place of didn't even come close .... It caused me pain...  ! And set me back and cost me money and time on my bday even... How come I'm being punished for your mistake on starfarge!you should be msking this more right ! The longer you waited the deeper the consumer got ... I'm the one who dumps money AND TIME IN EVERY SINGLE DAY...  I'm just blown away.... Happy Birthday from swgoh after two looooooong loyal years!
