Lower Score in Coliseum after Unlocking Marquee
Unlocked Cinta, took her to 4* with some shard packs and lvl 31 with saved up gear, Coliseum score went down 10% Surely this is a bug... right?

Remember that your summons are given the AVG level of your unlocked & levelled toons. If L31 is less than your other toons, it will hurt your summons, not help them.
As for the rest, the Coliseum is fairly RNG sensitive. It's not so entirely RNG that I can't beat my old score in 5 tries, but it's random enough that it's rare to beat my old score on the first try. Those AoEs are pretty brutal.
I'm with you on CG needing to recalibrate, but there are things you can do to make things better for yourself.

I don’t want to doubt youMasterSeedy but I don’t know where you’re getting the average info from.
I just took Kleya from 29 to 31 and the summons are now lvl31. Vel and Cinta are at 29 still. Hardly conclusive proof that your max level dictates the level of your summons, but pretty conclusive proof it’s not the average level.
Edit - the devs did announce summons would scale off your highest level Era Character.
Doubting me is fine. I got this one wrong.
Not sure where I heard avg, but repeating it here w/o verification is on me.
