Look at her with full omega: She gets increased chance at evasion up and reduced cooldowns on both her specials.
She has above average damage and great healing. Fully geared she has 110% potency, so I imagine her ability block becomes much more reliable as well.
If we had real PvP, she would be on many teams as humans wouldn't ruin her.
