LV's glaring problems and suggestions to fix them

LV has been in Dire need of a buff ever since he was launched. Now that He is in the spotlight for the Traya omicron, Here are a few glaring problems and suggestions.

1. Maul
No matter how good Maul makes LV, he has nowhere near the impact as CAT on JMK and often is pulled for his own squad. Maul is fine now, but LV needs a new liftier to make him good. In the meantime, you could make Empire and DSUFU allies Immune to instant kills while above 50% hp.

2. LV has pitiful recovery.
Compared to other GLs where there is no downside to their Healing, LV has only his sp1, which frequently puts you in a spot where you have to choose to either heal or wait one turn to gain the ult charge. This creates more lose-lose scenarios than any other GL. You could Give him Health Steal while in his ultimate based on his mastery.

3. Too easy to control
LV is by far the easiest GL to control. He has no way of dispelling debuffs and cannot deal with taunt, and being immune to Healing Immunity and ability block only with Ashes of the republic is not good enough. LV needs a way for the team to dispel debuffs or deal with Taunts like General Kenobi, Perhaps in earlier said New lifter unit? For Now having Empire allies immune to Ability block, cooldown increases, or Healing immunity while under 80% HP might do the trick.

4. Easily countered by Fennec
Ok, you had a huge round of nerfs for the first four or five GLs when they were getting consistently countered by non-GL squads, why has this one been here for so long? You can Fix this by making Empire allies heal when they are hit more than once in a single ability.

5. Traya
Look, every single person that thought about the Traya omi knew this would happen. It's probably as simple as making Empire allies ignore bonus protection.

6.Mastery
It takes forever for him to get his mastery up and often times out matches at 4x speed, so here are a few ways to fix that (Note: I am assuming/balancing based on only one or B and another are to be implemented, by no means do I want them all, that would be broken.)

A. Increase mastery gain on Sp2 from 1% per Underestimated to 1.5% (or 2% but that might be too much)

B. Have LV gain a stack of Underestimated whenever any other unit uses a special ability (while not very important, LV frequently does not get to max stacks against teams without Jedi or GR enemies)

C. In "My New Empire", change "Whenever Dark Side allies lose a buff" to "Lose an Effect" and maybe add Ferocity stacks to his specials

D. In "End of the galactic Republic", Have LV reduce all allies cooldowns by 1 at the start of each of his turns with "Ashes of the Republic" instead of reducing his own by 1 upon activation.

And of course,
Make the maximum stacks of Underestimated 66. (And maybe add a bonus for reaching max stacks)
  • LV's biggest weakness is vulnerability to TM loops. GLs almost all have clauses in kits to stop a non GL tm train from wrecking them, ala troopers. For LV, it is that units with dots can't gain TM. That is good but if the dots get cleansed or LV never takes a turn then something like troopers rofl stomps.
