LV's glaring problems and suggestions to fix them

LV's biggest weakness is vulnerability to TM loops. GLs almost all have clauses in kits to stop a non GL tm train from wrecking them, ala troopers. For LV, it is that units with dots can't gain TM. That is good but if the dots get cleansed or LV never takes a turn then something like troopers rofl stomps.
