Make bounty hunter plug and play

I feel like it’s such a missed opportunity to make bounty hunter plug and play. They could have modifiers that allows benefits from not having bounty lead or flexible enough to be used in different squads because essentially that’s what they supposed to be in the lore. Similarly ships too. This could make the game so much more dynamic and maybe make it more interesting for theory crafting.
