Here was the problem with this pack and I hope the mods are reading this. The pack said "Unlock and upgrade 2 characters". 10 shards for each character and doesn't unlock anyone. I spoke to EA after 3 days of bad email communication, and they said it was my fault for reading it the way I did. Whatever, the operative word in that pack was "and" which led me to believe that it would unlock the character. I know it was only 1499 crystals, but they were mine and as stated above, way better ways to spend 1499 crystals than on 20 character shards. Not doing this again. Save your crystals!
