Manage allies

I have 35/35 allies but i can only manage 2. (Who are visible)
It seems i have a lot of allies with crap powers and low level (power around 1500) so it doesnt help me when i do a mission.

How can i see all my allies (not only 2) because i would like to remove all those low lvl allies that i have since i started thr game?
