Something to consider... Mandalorians are naturally anti Jedi. But they are not allies with the Sith either as far as I know. So technically, their anti Jedi skills could also be translated into becoming the 1st anti Sith warrior characters in the game. Something a lot of fans of Galaxy of Heroes have been waiting for also.
And I havent forgotten Maul & Pre Vizsla's "brief" alliance in the Clone Wars. But when you consider how that ended... I'd say its a safe bet that the Mandalorians would have no problem fighting against Sith, just like Jedi. Bo Katan pretty much stated she was going to fight Maul until he was dead. I believe her.
