I've used my MJ this TW and her kit worked perfectly.
Another possible alternative for the phasma is that you did go first, using MJs first special, but then did a basic rather than special 2. That would explain all of the debuffs on FO stormy, including the daze etc. At that point their TM train would take over and all of their attacks out of turn would recover the protection on Phasma. Everyone else on their team would have taken a turn thanks to the TM train which is why they no longer had debuffs, with the exception of FO stormy who is dazed.
