with out spending decent money you won't as far as I can see be able to get the character above lvl 70 lvl 71 you start needing the zarek ability moduale which seems only to be available via the maqeu event for each character you need 105 to get a character to lvl 75 getting the character to 7 starts and era lvl 70 allows you to get 105 of those mats it's possible they will be purchasable via crystals later as after Ig dropped the lvl 15-25 mats were but no guarantee of that.
