no, this is not a whine post. let's look at all these new characters. Phoenix, ISC/Gar, Imperial Trooper faction pass etc. All rely on assist/counterattacks and are completely nullified by maul....

You say it's "minimal", but you are only comparing base speeds.
Yoda gains +30 speed from zQGJ
SA gains 20% tm from zMaul
Once you start going into the 200+ speeds with mods that 20% tm will give a much higher increase than the 30 speed will.
