Yes, that's the just of my argument. Damage on a toon requires said toon to have H/P. In example, GK's AOE special won't call other toons in to assist unless there's enough damage remaining beyond GK's initial hit. In the raids, say the Pit for example, one cannot earn more damage points than the Rancor has health.
