Max Damage Potential: It's time it gets reworked!

There's no justifiable argument that any toon should be able cause more damage potential than the H/P remaining on the toon they attack. Case in point: Zylo can easily 1-shot nearly any toon and pick ...

While other assists allow for full team attacks, even if that opponent had less remaining than the initial hit.
