I got the max red crate in conquest, but didn't get max rewards. I was only awarded the second to last crate rewards. This happen to anyone else?How do I go about getting this fixed?

If you scroll up it will tell you how many keycards you got. Going to guess the number is fewer than 630.

At least you got rewards. I didn’t even receive mine. To fix this; next time get 630 keycards. 626 is not a complete conquest

You can put in a ticket but they'll just tell you that you didn't earn enough keycards.

@CG_Tusken_Meathead can we please have an update on the missing items from the last conquest? Or is CG ignoring this like they do most minor issues?

Unfortunately, moving forward, we have to take a screenshot of everything we do towards the end of events just in case.

I always take screenshots at the end of TB, GAC & Conquest just to be safe.

Yes, it's something we shouldn't have to do, it's embarrassing the way the player base is treated but we need to take things into our own hands.

Probably going to need video proof to show date/time/event, and even then they’d likely still not make a player whole.

And too all the folks saying this isn’t possible, I’d advised you to read about the continuing problems with folks end of season gac rewards.

Hey did you ever end up getting your missing shards?
I'm having the same problem after the first round of Trench Conquest. been messaging in-game Help for close to 5 days now, and they just ask some generic questions every 12 hours or so.
