Maybe a bug - Punishing One
I started with my Profundity rebell fleet against a Malevolance with a head hunter fleet. 1. Profundity, 2. Outrider - both full damage on Punishing One. PO got ability block and many other debuffs....

Ok, I found the cooldown reduce of Jumpmaster 5000, but I didn't take the dispell of all debuffs into account.
