I cant but help but laugh a little, sorry.
Just get him next time. That's what I'm doing. If you're slumming it with 150 crystal income and not willing to pay, dont expect the game to change to your needs.
You get him under few scenarios...
1). You're FTP and very competitive in arena and have hoarded crystals or went all in on these characters since available
2). You're willing to whale out.
3). Refer to either 1 or 2. It's not changing.
