The main problem is that the separatists were positioned as a Revan counter in the promotional material and they’re not.
Therefore, while the promotional footage may not be factually incorrect, it is misleading.
People have spent money and in-game resource on these characters based upon messaging that I believe is misleading.They haven’t received what they thought they were buying.
Therefore, I would like to see CG offer an apology and a full refund, both gear and transactions to those who want it. It’s certainly damaged my trust in CG and I’m not affected.
