If you look at the released schedule, the events are listed in chronological order. The redacted Luke event is between events that happen on the 6th and 12th... So my guess would be that the Luke event will happen between the 6th and the 12th... Also, that fits what they did last time for the Thrawn event, meaning that they released the toon requirements a week before the stay of the event...
