I don't think anyone is complaining about just needing Old Ben, han, luke, or leia, that was hinted at enough. What people seem surprised at is needing 7* heroes to even attempt the event, and that's a legitimate complaint. Nowhere did the devs hint that 7* heroes would be needed, and there isn't a precident in the game for that other than raids. So the told-ya-so's should really hop down off their soapboxes as there's no way they could have guessed the 7* requirement.
Hopefully Old Ben, Luke, Leia, and stHan will be added to the shard shop as the next lineup for those that might be short on 1 or 2 heroes. I personally only need to top off ben, as i went the dooku route during the dodge meta. But luke and leia aren't exactly meta heroes either, so I could see a lot of longtime players needing some shards for them.
