Ive noticed lots of weird bugs with vader but i cant tell if the issue is GL rey or vaders kit. Lots of strange things happen in battles with both GL's. Ive had rey purge dots, sometimes vader cant hit all merciless targets. Sometimes his culling blade will literally heal a target with 8+ debuffs
