you may appreciate those drops later.
eventually squad arena becomes your sandbox. top 50 to practice against top teams. then u need to drop big to practice against gas's, Dr's, etc.
you can't limit the dropping. that would unfairly punish the people defeating you. if you truly want to avoid it, make your team a nightmare.
