Mild Darth Maul Rework Ask: Make his speed more realistic

Darth Maul is freaking fast in the movies/cartoons. In swgoh he is slower than everyone but Baze, the Jedi Knight Guardian, the Hoth Rebel Soldier, and the IG-100 Magnaguard... Let's at least put h...

I would be up for increasing the speed but they'd need to drop the damage (just slightly not too much) then he'd be balanced
