Mild Darth Maul Rework Ask: Make his speed more realistic

Darth Maul is freaking fast in the movies/cartoons. In swgoh he is slower than everyone but Baze, the Jedi Knight Guardian, the Hoth Rebel Soldier, and the IG-100 Magnaguard... Let's at least put h...

Lower his damage a bit, raise his speed with a substantial amount, and give him a Block-Deflect-passive.

15 % chance to block/deflect an incoming attack. Blocked attacks only do 50 % damage.
