Can you post your swgoh.gg account? I don't think a G9 Luke will be enough for non-R2 tiers (i.e., Luke and Leia, Luke and St Han) and Old Ben needs to survive long enough against Vader to activate his event-only ability (won't spoil it if you haven't seen it). You should stack as much health/protection on him as you can and G8 or G9 is likely where you need to go with him. For Luke, CC and CD sets work well.
