Duplicates on light speed bundles why???

Why out of all the bounty hunters would you pick one that’s already in a light speed bundle.  Jango Fett is already in a light speed bundle so why not pick one that’s not like Boba Fett?  The incompetence I see in this game over and over again baffles me.  Seriously who comes up with half the crap in this game and why is it ever approved?  Constantly. adding untested, unbalanced events and bundles with little to no thought.   Let’s be honest is Jango Fett even a bounty hunter?
