Minimum gear levels and Questions about if this team will work to get CLS [Merged]

The only two heroes who really need to have any oomph to them are ST Han and Leia. They each have to carry Luke through a lot of storm troopers. Leia has 8 rounds of 2 troopers each, and Han has 2 rounds of 6 or 7 each. RNG will probably eventually carry them through at G8, but G9/10 would be better. Everyone else doesn't matter as much. Hopefully you're gearing R2 anyway since he's meta.

Modding speed is super-helpful. R2 and Leia running above 220spd can deliver loads of quick damage.

...and always useful to keep R2 modded fast like hell and Leia just a very little slower to buff her invisibility-bonus right at the start of the battle.
Then BAM-BAM-BAM-Invisibility-BAM-BAM-BAM-Invisibility....

...if RNG is your friend, it can create awesome combos and take out the most dangerous enemies very early... B)

I was told that it's highly recommended to Zeta R2s number crunch so apart from that. I think you're set.

That's generally good advice since he looks like he'll be meta forever unless the devs royally screw all current major LS factions.

Yes they can do it. You will most likely have to play again and again to get the right rng.

If you can give your toons extra speed with mods, defo do it.

I eventually gave up and autod the event and eventually got through it.

All my toons were g8.

I did move some mods onto Luke to better protect him. I did't want to waste time on Luke because - who is gonna use hime once they get CLS?

Good for you... you have added nothing to this post besides your inflated ego. His question was if his team would be good enough to get cls. You presented a team almost 2x as strong that you used to get him. Notice the posts above you that state they got him with less geared teams. That is answering his question. Notice the difference.

When I beat it, my R2 was t10 with number crunch zetad. Old Ben was t9, the rest were t8. Didn't have maxed abilities on anyone, most were level 5ish. Mods weren't that great either. The only tier I struggled with was the Old Ben tier, and I fixed that by dropping a bit of speed on Ben.

Number Crunch is probably worth one gear tier on all your characters (I would guess anyway), so I'd say you look like you are right where you need to be.
