Miscraft Finisher due to lag; need CG help
So I tried EA help system and posting on their forums and got no where so going to try here in the hope CG can help. A mis-crafted finisher is about 6500 crystals or ~ $50 which is a lot considering what CG / EA wants us to put in this game when it is due to the lag cause by the last update.
I was thumbing through my characters last night in bed and somehow accidentally crafted Biggs finisher piece. I don't even have any other g12 gear on him, and he's pretty far down the list of people I'd craft a finisher for. I was looking at what the different pieces are for each finisher to get an idea of how many of each I had so I knew what to spend my GAC currency on so I clicked on biggs finisher piece to look, but because the game is processing so slowly after the last update, I waited several seconds and clicked again which apparently was in just the right spot to click "craft" when that window finally popped up and took that as my action. I proceeded to contact EA support and had a live chat where he told me they were unable to undo the crafted piece.
This is quite frustrating as we are relatively heavy spenders and we spend with a very specific plan in mind. Using up such important pieces as the finisher does (including 100 kyrotech) was certainly not part of the plan in the near future for Biggs.
Not that this is relevant to this particular topic, but just a sidenote: the guy at EA didn't seem to even know what CG was when I asked if they had a way for us to contact CG about issues like these. The response was, "CG?"
