Missing Apple Gift card bundle

I just redeemed a £50 apple gift card purchased in asda to get the promotional bonus. The pop up came up and said I could claim the swgoh promotional bundle, which I did. It then redirected me to the game and I have not received anything. Can someone help? I have all receipts from the purchase.
