Missing shards.
Has anyone found a solution to having completed an event tier and not received the shards for it?
The home one event screen tells me that I have completed tier 2, but do not have the necessary capital ship to attempt tier 3, and the ship is at 0/25.
Support are being useless, just linking to the generic actions that achieve nothing, and I have already missed the mastery event once.
