Seems you are completely unable to understand that your way of playing this game is not the only way.
It's a collecting game, we can agree on that right. So using all needed is absolutely an argument.
Not everybody goes for the new and shiny, some actually collect factions or characters they like from a very varied amount of sources.

I'll try and be more clear. When someone says "Wahhh I need eleventy XYZ's to have my entire roster completely maxed out right now," no one will, or does, care, at all. It makes it seem like a completely fake complaint. When you point out that there is an actual bottleneck of Stuns/etc, on needed toons that are not only viable in-game, but actually good, or needed for new shiny/meta chars, it highlights the fact that there is still a big crunch for stunguns, despite their "easing the crunch." You want to be a completionist and have every toon maxed, great, have at it. All I was saying is that if you want anyone to care, make the better point with a more persuasive argument.
Well, if you count every single character, that's probably still less than the total number of stun guns needed. Some characters need lots of stun guns (maybe all of them), so if anything using every single character as a base number is even less than the total amount of stun guns needed, so the complaint is still persuasive.
