"Mk 9 Kyrotech Battle Computer" and "Mk 7 Kyrotech Shock Prod" require identical components???

I am still farming the 200 required pieces. I've just never seen this in the game where 2 different pieces of gear are crafted from the same components. With the thought and planning that goes into every aspect of the game, this seems like an error or an oversight
