Yeah, you can essentially lock one character so that you can debuff them into oblivion and NOTHING can be done about it unless they kill Thrawn first.

He has no need to, that's correctly what happened. Mobilegamer turned the stream off once he accidentally upgraded, nothing crashed, net or otherwise at that point.
