Mod bug or WAI ?

Question

Just paid over 3m for a yellow mod only for the secondary stats not to update...
Could just be bad RGN I know but never had it before where no secondary's have updated on a yellow.
Just wondered if this was a bug from the update or just bad luck what's others experiences been with the yellows last few days ?

If you had a gold level 1 "MK-xxx A" mod not upgrade it's secondaries when you leveled it up to to at least 4, it's not WAI. Do you have screenshots?
