Mod cap

Back in the January Q&A, you expressed your own frustration with the mod cap. It's been six months, and no solution to what should be a fairly simple problem. In addition to that, if I do want to claim a new mod, I have to sell two to claim one. Why?

Because that's how the game works.

There’s an even simpler solution though: manage your mods.

If they increase the cap, you and others who don’t manage their mods will be back next year complaining that it needs increased again.

At least we'd have five blessed months without the same thread repeated every week.

I'm not suggesting they increase it. I do manage my mods, but thanks for your concern. I'm saying get rid of the cap or, failing that, provide a means of declining mods rather than having an inbox full of notifications that stick around for 3 days.

Do you take the time to open and comment on the same thread that annoys you every week? Because that seems weird.

One man's weird is another man's sustenance.

I got that in a fortune cookie today.
