Mod fail..?

I have a triangle mod (mk III-A Defense Holo-array) lvl 15, Primary stat is 15.5% Protection. I can't get the protection to register? The other stats get added to the char but not the protection.

Hmmm, say what? I don't get what you mean there. "there nothing there to boost". ....go on? lol

Characters have 0 protection until they reach great tier 7. And 15.5% of 0 is still 0.
