This is probably the most frustrating part of the interface for the game. We need more space for mods. We keep getting new characters yet the mod cap stays the same. The only thing that should really limit this would be storage space in the database. For the amount of money they rake in with this game it should not be an issue.This should be negligible.Something else I've noticed is that the mod cap isn't consistent. I'm guessing there is a logic error in the code somewhere. I can clear enough space to collect a mod from mail, collect the mod from mail, clear another spot for another mod and then when I try to collect the mod from mail, I get hit with a mod cap error saying I don't have space. This happens all the time. Please CG. Increase the mod cap.

For every new character, you technically get more mod storage space. Just level each toon to 50 which has very little impact to GP.

I agree it needs to increase but also for the time being just manage them better. Sell useless ones. I've been playing over 4 years and never hit mod cap. I go through my mods every other week. Do this and you'll realize we have plenty of room for mods. Give a horder a bigger house and they just fill that house up also. Then ask for a bigger house again.

Increasing mod inventory space would be great. But of course the usual suspects will pop in soon to tell you that we don’t deserve more space for whatever reason.

The current space is fine though it would be nice to have an indication of how close I am to the limit.

If you want to sell every mod with no speed, just sort by speed. The system sorts in reverse order with no speed first, then in ascending order of speed. Problem solved.

It also sorts by rarity, so you end up going through everything. I can imagine how awful this would be for peeps that doesn't tend their excess mods constantly. The system is very clunky and not user friendly no matter how you put it.

Now imagine sorting through 2500 mods.

Agreed, more inventory space would be cool, but then again I am totally fine with CG not wasting any time and/or money on increasing the server space available to store mod information, assuming that means more time not spent on new content and characters, or actually impactful QOL changes.

Unless this is the most poorly managed system ever (cringe), they should already have plenty of storage area for this.

I don't think doubling the inventory space is unreasonable. There is simply not enough space to store alternate mod sets for characters and keep all those potentially good or great mods that need sliced.

But... I guess it's a somewhat hidden way for them to monetize simple inventory space isn't it? Gotta buy your way to quicker slicing. The slicing mat income isn't enough to keep up a good turnover pace on mods. I'm sure some people will save everything and always bump the cap no matter what it is but I don't think the cap is reasonable right now.
